The name says it all! Top level leaves and processing make for a gorgeously aromatic and flavorful tea. Tong Mu Guan is a protected area that technically "locals" are only allowed to visit, meaning only if you are from the province! If you are lucky enough, a hood and sunglasses are sometimes enough to sneak you in. This is where black tea originates from and is the beginning of the Tea Horse Road.
