私たちの暮らしには、意識しているかどうかに関わらず、小さな「儀式」のような習慣がたくさんあります。

三日月では、「工夫茶（ゴンフーチャ）」――つまり「丁寧に淹れるお茶」の文化を大切にしています。これもまた、ひとつの 「儀式」です。

 

もしかしたら、これまでとは少し違うお茶の楽しみ方をご紹介できるかもしれません。決まったルールがあるわけではなく、大切なのは「いま淹れているお茶」に意識を向けること。湯気の香り、器の手ざわり、そして一緒にいる人（たとえひとりでも）との時間を、丁寧に味わうことです。

三日月の目指すこと：

1.  ゆっくりと過ごせて、自然と人とつながれる場所をつくること

2.  茶農家さんや作家さん（私たちの友人でもあります）から直接仕入れた、高品質なお茶と茶器を、適正な価格でご紹介すること

3. 五感を使ってお茶を淹れる方法をお伝えし、ご自身なりの「美味しい」を見つけていただけるようにすること

それだけです。

Our lives are filled with small rituals that we consciously or unconsciously participate in everyday.

 

Mikazuki practices “Gong Fu Cha” or  “ Skillfully made tea”. Another kind of ritual. 

 

We hope that we can introduce you to a way of making and enjoying tea that may be new to you. There are no rules, rather, a mindset of paying attention to the tea being prepared, the senses you experience, and the people you are with (even if alone!) 

 

Our goal is as follows:

 

1. Make a space where people can come to relax and connect with community

2. Introduce you to high quality tea and tea ware at a fair price, often directly from farmers and artists who are personal friends

3. Show you methods that will help you prepare tea skillfully and engage your senses to determine your own parameters.
