This special tea originates from 100 to 200-year-old arbor trees and was an experimental endeavor to process puerh leaves into black tea. Despite its unique processing method, it retains some of the characteristics typically associated with puerh, such as bitterness and astringency.
Tasting Notes:
The resulting tea offers a delightful blend of floral and sweet flavors, reminiscent of fruit, chocolate, and barrel-aged rum. Its robust leaves allow for extended infusion sessions, making it suitable for immediate enjoyment or aging.
