Notes: Jin Mu Dan, a hybrid of Tie Guan Yin and Huang Jin Gui, boasts thick oval-shaped leaves ideal for Wuyi's renowned roasting process.
Tasting Notes: This tea undergoes a medium-heavy roast achieved through multiple rounds of roasting at lower temperatures, preserving its character and complexity. Diverging from typical Wuyi teas, it initially presents notes of black coffee and cannabis, swiftly transitioning to floral and sweet tones. With further steeping, the flavors soften, offering a beautifully balanced experience that can be enjoyed over an extended period.
Aging: Allow the tea to age for a year to allow the roast to settle, enhancing its softness and overall experience.
