Notes: A high mountain hybrid, cultivated naturally at an elevation of 1200 meters. Originating as a natural crossbreed of Feng Huang area Shui Xian, growing to heights of 3 to 4 meters
Tasting Notes:  A complex and potent flavor profile, encompassing sweetness, spiciness reminiscent of raw ginger, and floral notes akin to ginger flower. There are subtle undertones of bitterness and astringency, all balanced within a thick and lubricating mouthfeel.
