Notes: Harvested from trees in the protected area of Tong Mu Guan, accessible only to locals, this Da Hong Pao undergoes light to medium oxidation, diverging from traditional processing methods. It offers a highly aromatic experience, with distinct notes of nuttiness, chocolate, and florals.
Tasting Notes: Upon sipping, one can detect a subtle astringency that complements the nutty, chocolate, and floral flavors, adding depth to the overall tasting experience.
